                                                GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

                                                  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.

                                                    AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

                                                      FairPari may modify, update or change any part of these Terms at its discretion without prior notice. Users are advised to review these Terms regularly for updates and changes.

                                                        ENTIRE AGREEMENT

                                                          These Terms constitute the entire agreement between FairPari and User with respect to the Services. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written, oral or electronic.

                                                            BINDING EFFECT

                                                              These Terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of FairPari, its successors and assigns, as well as any Users who access or use the Services.

                                                                ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONSENT

                                                                  By using the Services, User acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms without reservation. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
